JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

Real estate business seeking receptionist / customer service representative to manage incoming phone calls and communications. Primarily callers will be tenants at properties that we Upgrade to see actual infoe our property management software (Buildium) to view and manage tenant information and accounts, and to create and track tenant work requests. Excellent English speaking skills and good phone presence is required. Property management experience is preferred, but not required.

Job Requirements

- Well organized home office setup without outside noise or distraction
- Reliable power and internet required. Backup systems required.
- Working hours are 8:30am to 5pm or 5:30pm central time, with 30 minute to 1 hour lunch break.
- Full-time, 40 hrs per week
- Be fully focused during work hours, do not work on other jobs, freelance work, or personal items
- Must be detail oriented and have good organization skills
- Must have good written and verbal communication Upgrade to see actual infondidate should be well spoken
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions and communicate if clarification is needed
- Must be capable of providing quality work and be comfortable with being held accountable if errors are made

Paragon Property Management Group LLC is a Chicago based real estate company . We have four local office staff and two remote staff based in the Philippines. Our bookkeeping and leasing application screening is handled by outsourced teams based in the Philippines as well.

We have an extensive training program including a lot of personal one-on-one training. We have detailed procedures and instructions to ensure our business processes are as clear as possible.
