Senior Designer and WordPress FrontEnd Developer - Project Based, then move towards Full Time with Success

About the Role:

We’re looking for someone who is able to work regular Business hours plus some time that crosses over North American Eastern Standard business hours.

You will mostly be building websites that look amazing for our clients, but also there will be some other graphic design work involved. Your main 2 skills are:
Can design something that looks amazing
Can use page builders like Divi and Elementor to be able to bring designs to life.
You should have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS to be able to do the above effectively.

You should have a strong desire to create online and love doing it, have extremely strong English, and be able to communicate and work Upgrade to see actual info-depth knowledge of WordPress is essential as well, but you don’t need to be a backend or PHP developer.

Pay is per project to start. We can move to full-time once it has been established that you are a good fit, between $500 and $1100 USD per month based on skills and success. Performance bonuses for making a real difference exist for all team members.
What You’ll Do:

You’ll be working with me and sometimes clients to build great-looking websites within WordPress, usually using the Divi Builder, but familiarity with Elementor as well as the other usual builders is important too since we often get existing sites to work on. You will be both customizing pre-built layouts, as well as building new ones from scratch when the need arises. Sometimes you may have a task to build landing pages, or emails for campaigns.

A day in the life of working with us would mean that you would connect with your team lead, and then from there work on the assigned tasks for the day, reporting back your accomplishments. Your ability to focus on tasks at hand and take the initiative to solve problems as they come up will work heavily in your favour.
