All-Around Wordpress Expert

I'm a web developer with too much work and need some help getting things done. I'm an American (na marunong managalog.
totoo. Kaya 'di mahalaga ang English level mo.) living in the Philippines who has too many projects to work on.

If you have experience with:
HTML/CSS/jQuery/Javascript
Wordpress theme customization
PSD to Wordpress
Theme Design
Graphic design (for logos, picture editing, theme mock-ups, etc)
Plugin integration and customization
Custom taxonomies and post types
Some database experience
Wordpress Multisite
Wordpress site migration from one server to another
PHP enough to work on custom plugins as needed

Essentially I need to be able to give you a project with some basic design guidance and content, and have you be able to take it from beginning to end.

There will also be a small amount of web site administration, like adding posts, pictures, additional pages, etc.

Big bonus points (but not required) for SEO/SEM and Social Marketing Skills
