Social Media Graphic Designer

I'm looking for a social media graphic designer that can create similar styled images to these examples, see photos on Female Entrepreneur Association Facebook page and Google search "Daily Designables" website to get an idea of what style of design I'm looking for.

The designer should also be familiar with social media image dimensions and understand social media marketing when it comes to creating images for them. In your application you must state what is the size of a Facebook and Twitter cover image is to have a good chance to be considered for this job.
