JOB OVERVIEW

As the TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST I, you are taking inventory of, working with and
supporting all of our existing applications, software vendors and websites, to come up with the most
efficient use that meets our needs as a company while looking to save on budget wherever possible. As
you can imagine, TRUST, TRANSARENCY and not just abiding by, but being a cheerleader and

do. We anticipate you taking ownership and holding a positive attitude to exemplify the character that
the teams will strive to replicate.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and inputting all workflows and processes into our online
cloud based system JIRA, and communicating these changes to the team and training new team
members on how they can access and use the knowledgebase for their roles. You will be reporting
directly to the Directors of the firm, while servicing all other team members in their capacities, working
with vendors, support departments, and being present for department meetings as needed. If we are
under a deadline, it’s expected you do what’s necessary to help the team get their needs met, and
constantly assess priorities to see what projects are best on the horizon for that week.
Must possess the ability to work independently as well as in a fast paced, team environment.
This needs to be a technical-oriented person with ability to interact with others. The person will possess
the ability to communicate with clear intent to get the job done, and be dedicated to continuous
improvement, meeting company quality standards. There will be times when you are faced with having
to deal with support multiple times in one day

Job Responsibilities
Application & Vendor Management
Taking Inventory and Budgets of our existing Vendors and Software Subscriptions
Assessing our needs as a firm and recommending changes, upgrades, and eliminations to
properly serve workflows
Migrating and Integrating Data using 3 rd Party Applications as we shift platforms and databases
Getting new tech up and running along with migrating data and fixing bugs for production
Light coding may be required, for parsing, and integrations
Thinking “outside the box” for solutions that can work, if you meet dead ends with support staff
Team Support
Full support for the Teams and Directors of the Firm on the urgent needs day to day as well as
looking to the future with projects
Be present on our 9AM EST Team Huddle Meetings and Director-Level meetings as requested
Actively tackle any urgencies and blocks in workflows that are needed
Communicate with COO and Directors on their needs
Set your own priorities and projects, with deadlines and adherence to budgets
Recording trainings and ensuring team accountability with any new software or app changes or
redesigns
Sustainability – Being the primary keeper of our knowledgebase and Ops systems, and training
new team members on how to use it via videos and procedures
Responsible for adding processes and workflows as we change them, and updating team with
changes
Website Management – Keeping track of our websites and domains, and generating new sites as
needed
Security – Ensuring security and sustainability for our workflows, systems, processes, and
hardware in the office.
Tackling both small and large projects either alone, or with help from vendors, as asked by the
Directors
Assistance in gathering data for KPI tracking, and assessing what’s working / what’s not from a
technical perspective with an eye on reducing expenses.
These duties can and will vary and change as business requires.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge in: JIRA, Dropbox, KV Core, InvestorPo, Podio, Gsuite, HostGator
Experience in Real Estate Transaction Management
Required Qualifications:
Working knowledge of CRMs, Knowledgebases, Dropbox, Google Drive / Suite, Website
Management
Experience in List Management and Database maintenance
Ability to Shift Gears & Priorities Quickly
Understanding Their role on the Team and Ability to Assign own Priorities
Strong written & verbal communication
Ability to Adapt and Take Ownership of Tasks, Budgets & Reports

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
