JOB OVERVIEW

We are a real estate investment company looking for an outstanding communicator to make cold calls to prospective sellers. We need someone with outstanding communication skills, tremendous energy and empathy, and the ability to read the queues of prospective sellers over the phone and adapt accordingly to build rapport and establish real communication to truly understand the seller’s needs. You must have a real passion for and interest in people to thrive and enjoy this work!

You will be using our Mojo 3-line dialer and expected to make up toUpgrade to see actual infocalls per day. You will enter leads into our CRM tool and ensure smooth handoff to the Acquisitions team. For this virtual position the candidate must be available to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am-6pm Monday-Friday Central Daylight Time (CST). We provide detailed training and coaching – learning and skills development is a constant discipline for us and you must be highly motivated to learn, work with constructive feedback, and develop each and every day!

You’ll need a quiet and professional work area, computer (1.8Ghz or higher), noise cancelling headset, reliable internet connection (10 mb or higher), and internet/power outage backup Upgrade to see actual infondidate must possess a high school diploma or greater. 1+ yrs. cold calling and bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
