Drafting Attorney

In need of an experienced attorney who can assist with creation of corporate entity documents, drafting contracts, legal research, and various letters. 20/hrs week to start, will turn into full-time position very quickly for the right candidate.

Must Have Skills: Nexis Lexis & drafting contracts in the USA.

Experience in California law is a plus.
