eCommerce company in the ancient cultures niche is seeking an individual to join our 3 person customer service team.
The responsibilities of the role are :
* Respond to customer inquiries via
* Follow internal procedures aimed at streamlining the flow of information between suppliers and our company
* Handles refunds & returns
* Work nights Philippines time.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
* Write and speak English at a very high native level. If you are not comfortable speaking English at this level then please do not apply as you wont make it through the 1st interview.
* Be comfortable speaking on the phone to customers
* Solve problems quickly and efficiently while under pressure
* Experience working in a customer service role within an eCommerce company (preferred but not essential)
* Experience working with Zendesk & Shopify (preferred but not essential)
You should have:
* An obsession with attention to detail
* Analytical decision making process when faced with situations where you need to solve a problem
* A+ command of the English language (both written and spoken)
* A desire to learn and progress with our company
* A "can do" attitude and the ability to solve problems yourself
* Experience in a similar role and willingness to demonstrate this.
The role is a full time salaried position 6 days a week and includes 4 weeks of paid training.
