Online Events Coordinators

This role is to be accountable for the smooth running of our online Event Upgrade to see actual info also entails a high level of social media management and customer service, as well as supporting our CEO with talent management.

This role includes some days a week to be available outside of normal hours and there is also an hour or so on the weekends that you are required to support with. As long as your tasks are done and the events are supported live, the hours are flexible outside of that.

You have excellent communication skills and the confidence to speak regularly to Educators, Members and our Audience. Also have the ability to share your ideas and talk openly with the team including the CEO.

What does your job entail?

Ensuring that all new Members and Educators are welcomed and added to groups
Having all our Events prepared and ready one before
Events in our Online Calendar, and Facebook Groups
Talents Invited
Social Media have their graphics

Emails are Scheduled
Give live support to the Educators in Zoom and stream live simultaneously into 5+ Social Media areas
Ability to use the following software:
Kartra Software, Podio, AddEvent, TeamUp, Google, Facebook, OneStream, Zoom
Stay on top of your Zoom, Podio Tasks, Notifications and Emails
Have full knowledge of our Offerings, Events, Educators and Online Programs to be able to support and answer Educator and member enquiries
Consistent social media posts for the Facebook Group.
