Hey, I'm Carly, I'm the founder of a Digital Planning company in the UK, we create beautiful Digital Planners and Digital stickers for busy women who love to stay organized and plan! We're a team of 5 free-thinking women (from the Philippines and UK) and we want you to be our 6th team member.


If you're going to join our team, there are a few things you should know about me and the business...


- I'm sometimes unorganised and I miss things, which means you need to be the opposite!

- I'm a visionary and I have the ideas but I sometimes get overwhelmed with executing them, so I'll often need you to take the reigns and execute and manage the ideas and take care of the details.

Our business model is relatively simple, there's nothing too complex so it should be fairly straightforward to learn.

Sometimes we get rude and entitled customers. Unfortunately, it's just how it goes in business, so you'll need to be able to not take it personally and be able to respond with professionalism, respect and kindness (you can curse to the team freely though).

The business is evolving all of the time, we're always looking for ways to improve and grow, so you'll need to be able to adapt to a young, dynamic, and sometimes fast-paced and reactive business!

I'm fair, I give a sh*t and I care about my team. If you're happy and you show up as your best, that means I'm happy too. I'll be fair and treat you well as long as you do the same for me.

I'm open to being challenged. Think there's a better way to do something? I want you to tell me!

YOU'RE PERFECT IF...

I can trust and count on you, I need you to be by my side while we build and grow this business and you'll be rewarded and looked after along the way.

You're experienced in Project Management, you don't miss deadlines and you don't drop the ball.

You're a natural problem solver and you're always looking for better ways to do things.

You can work UK hours, this is a full-time role 8 hours per day. You will be required to work at least 4 hours in UK hours (probably 9am-1pm UK time but we can discuss this). The remaining hours can be worked flexi-time whenever you like.

You'd love to progress and are possibly interesting in becoming an OBM in the future (I'd love someone who can grow into this role)

I can count on you to keep the business functioning day to day when I'm not around, the business model is fairly straightforward so you'll need to keep things ticking over and manage the team confidently.

You're confident, decisive, and can solve problems with no hand-holding. I need someone who can work on their own initiative without me holding your hand.

You're curious. You want to understand and learn and you'll ask all the questions you need (there's NO SUCH THING as a stupid question).

You're a fast learner and you're willing to do your own research to figure things out. Sometimes I'll need help with researching and implementing a new idea or maybe some software, you'll need to be up for the challenge, do your own research and be willing to implement.

Your English speaking and writing is awesome!

You're a great communicator.

You're honest and can own your mistakes. I'm not expecting you to be a unicorn, you're totally going to make mistakes, just be upfront and honest with me at all times and we can figure it out together.

You can hold your own and you're not afraid to speak up.

You're tenacious, determined, and know how to get sh*t done!

THE NOT SO ESSENTIAL BUT EXTRA BONUS POINTS IF...

You have experience in managing a team and setting up systems and processes to improve productivity and business organisation.

If you have a good eye for design and you're maybe a little creative.

If you have an Ipad.

Here’s some of the responsibilities of your day to day:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Make sure all products/designs are quality checked, created and launched on time
Manage all projects and new digital product creations through to completion
Help break down large projects down into small tasks and execute and delegate them to the relevant team Upgrade to see actual infomunicate and check in with the team daily to make sure you are totally on the ball with what is happening and what needs to get down
Making sure all designs and deadlines are met
Making sure both designers are on schedule
New products are launched on time and without errors

TEAM MANAGEMENT

Managing the team daily - checking in and supporting everyone
Communicating clearly and effectively with the team and managing projects
Constantly have your eye on the ball and know what needs to be done
Membership Management
Process cancellations and any membership admin in Kartra (soon moving to memberpress/wordpress)
Make sure canceled members are removed from the Facebook group
Update customer notes in Active Campaign
Manage and add new content/products in the membership

GENERAL SUPPORT



Email management
Google Drive Management
Management of existing software Active Campaign, Kartra, Wordpress, Shopify, Thrivecart, Asana and various software.
Connecting software on the backend
Bonus points if you can help me set up systems and processes for my business
Keep me on track to implement strategies and meet deadlines throughout the year. Hold me accountable!
Support during campaign and product launches
Setting up email sequences in Active Campaign
Creating landing pages (with my direction and support)
Make sure we meet deadlines, keep me on track, and make sure we meet all deliverables for product launches.
