Social Media Superstar!

My team and I are currently looking for an amazing Social Media VA who has extensive experience in handling social media accounts of female business owners and/or coaches!

Someone to plan, create posts, manage, monitor, and respond to our social media accounts to increase brand awareness, and improve marketing strategies in order to attract more sales and clients.

Our business takes a fun, yet professional approach to positively empowering other female entrepreneurs through social media and business management. So, the social media VA we hire should be a bold self-starter who doesn’t shy away from competition that seems insurmountable or opportunities that seem impossible. They think outside the box, feel empowered to make decisions, and take action without hesitation.

Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

- Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Linkedin).
- Plan, create engaging posts, and schedule them through different scheduling platforms (Later, Tailwind, and Buffer).
- Create graphics for social media posts.
- Research hashtags and keywords that are relevant to the brand.
- Understand analytics and be able to identify important KPIs for social media.
- Submit monthly report data with a clear analysis of the information and a prepared success or improvement plan using that data.
- Other ad-hoc requests/tasks.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Be able to meet all deadlines
- Be able to meet the company monthly KPI
- Team player
- Proficient in Google applications and software
- Familiar with Asana and other project management app
- Has utilized social media scheduling tools and apps
- Knowledge of different social media platforms
- Great writing and storytelling skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO
- Knows image and video editing programs and software
- Has a keen eye for graphic designs
- Can easily catch up on instructions and directions
- Previous work experience with a similar role is required
