Amazon, eBay, and Private Label eCommerce Business Support

Carry out scheduled tasks to support in operating and growing an Amazon and eBay Seller Business, plus a newly launched private label (own brand) eCommerce business . The tasks will include the below Upgrade to see actual info may expand with progress and experience, so will with the pay if high performance is proven.

You will not be required to start all below tasks at once after you are hired. The tasks will gradually be assigned while you gain more familiarity with the work.

Furthermore, not all tasks will be performed everyday, The tasks would be performed as per requirement and priority.

All necessary training on the techniques used and software will be provided

Amazon and eBay (70% of the time)
---------------------Upgrade to see actual infoResearch and find new profitable products from online arbitrage and wholesale sources to sell on Amazon and eBay (training and resources will be provided but experience is required)

2- Expectation to find 8 to 10 new profitable products per week for Amazon or eBay

3- Open Wholesale accounts with new wholesale suppliers

4- Follow up with suppliers on order deliveries or any issues related to products

5- Enter the ordered products into the interface of a 3rd party prep and fulfillment company

6- Create listings on Amazon and eBay (images and copy)

7- Update product listings on Amazon and eBay with better performing keywords and images

8- Do repricing adjustments on product listings using a repricing software (provided by the employer)

9- Ensure any Amazon Merchant fulfilled orders are shipped to the customer on time

10- Reply to any Amazon or eBay customer queries

11 Plan and schedule reordering of inventory

12- Maintain and update records of products and inventory using Google Sheets

13- Update PPC campaigns with clear guidelines (employer will provide the guidelines and training)

Private Label eCommerce Website (30% of the time)

2- Add and Update products listings and categories on the websites when required

3- Ensure the website theme is up to date and the website is always displaying properly

4- Make sure customer orders from the website are fulfilled and shipped on time

5- Basic Support with creation of marketing content for the website (like formatting short ebooks and editing images)

General Requirements

* A short daily email will be needed at the end of each working day to mention the tasks worked on and any challenges being faced

* I always like to keep open communication and will be available with help and support needed to complete any task

*Due to access to special techniques, training, and sensitive product and financial information of the business, we would need to sign a simple non-disclosure agreement.

Skills and Characteristics of the Candidate

- Experience with listing and managing inventory on Amazon and eBay

- Experience with Amazon PPC and keyword research

- Experience working with Wordpress and preferably WooCommerce

- A high level of English proficiency and grammar

- Basic photo editing skills (Paint, Paint 3D, or Photoshop)

- Knowledge of Microsoft office, Google Sheets, and Dropbox
