Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for QA Specialist for a local IT services and solutions company, specializing in ERP, RPA, web applications and consulting. We enable our clients to navigate through their digital transformation and transform their businesses for tomorrow.

The shift will be 8:30am - 5:30pm (PH time). Work from home mainly but may need client visit from time to time.
HMO is provided, activation after regularization. This covers COVID related sickness.
Allowance for client calls/visits

-Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to plan, create and manage the quality plan for an implementation
-Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
-Perform through regression testing when bugs are resolved
-Identify KPIs for product quality
-Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Skills/experience
-Preferably with experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer and with variety of different testing techniques
-Preferably knowledgeable with software QA tools and processes
-Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
-Great interpersonal and communication skill
