OAGenius is a leading software company serving Amazon sellers around the world. We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to provide product support for OAGenius customers. This individual must be a self-starter and have general knowledge and analytical skills in information technology solutions.

This is a remote position and the typical hours will be 5pm- 2am EST and with some weekend support.

Customer Service Associate

We are looking for customer service candidates who can provide a high-level of product knowledge and professionalism via telephone, zoom, and email.


Technical Requirements:

-3 years of experience in help desk/customer support; customer support over the phone and email/ticketing system customer communications (Experience working within Zendesk)
-Experience with Trello project management software
-Experience with OAGenius software
-Experience in working with Microsoft Excel
-Fluent English both written and spoken

Soft Skills:
-Ability to answer customer emails and telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
-Ability to notate and issue and understand client request and document accordingly
-Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner
-Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
-Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
-Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
-Strong problem solving skills; does not leave any stone unturned when analyzing customer requests
-Attention to details and very organized
-Ability to work with or without direct supervision
