Open Position involves taking inbound phone calls to resolve account inquires, or issues, processing account changes, preserving memberships, providing and exceptional experience consistent with brand expectations which are to provide an exceptionally positive experience through upbeat, cheerful, engaging and resourceful, interactions. Prior experience required. An exceptional English accent is required as well as a proven track record in customer service including sales. Reliable and fast internet connection as well as access to back up power required. Position is for a company based in California on PST. Approximately 40 hours per week, pay is weekly.
