Be a call center agent in your own home!
We are a US-based company looking for a full-time, home-based customer support agent to work with our intake department. The successful candidate will take inbound and outbound calls from people seeking representation in legal matters. Legal experience is a plus!
Detailed responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report
2. Manage inbound and outbound calls for the department
3. Respond to customer inquiries to help screen potential clients
4. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different types of client inquiries
5. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and set appointments alternatives
6. Monitor and respond to people on our social media channels

You will need a stable internet connection and the ability to work during U.S. standard business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Central Time. (Staggered times)
This is a full-time position
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day
Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
