Job closed - Podcast Release Team Member

Hello!
Our company manages a large number of podcasts and we're looking for a Podcast VA to join the team! Here are some of the things we will need help with:

--Keep track of client podcast episode release dates on the calendar, we have a schedule/calendar to follow.
--Make sure marketing materials are created on time
--Creating graphics in Upgrade to see actual info for podcasts - use a template
--Uploading podcast to Libsyn (Upgrade to see actual info)
--Uploading podcast episodes and show notes to WordPress or Squarespace
--Creating small videos on Upgrade to see actual info (Be able to pick out a 1minute or 30-second audio clip that is interesting to use in the video. Cut the audio clip and upload to Upgrade to see actual info)
--Add captions Upgrade to see actual infodiograms and videos
--Proofread show notes

Programs/sites you would use:
-Canva, WordPress, Squarespace, Wavve.co, Asana, Google Drive, Dropbox, Zoom, Skype, Upgrade to see actual info

Work Schedule: Would prefer someone who can work a few hours early PH time for 2 meetings a week. This way there are a few hours of overlap in work Upgrade to see actual infoetings: 2 per week at 6:30 am PHT for our meetings. This way there are a few hours of overlap in work hours.

Hours of work per week: Full time.
