QA and Process Coordinator

VIDA Select (Upgrade to see actual info) has been at the forefront of the matchmaking industry since 2009, and our modern dating service allows our clients to sit back and relax while we find their soulmate on dating sites and apps.

We’re looking for a proactive, resourceful, tech savvy, highly-organized professional with excellent communication skills to join our team and support our Matchmaking team.

VIDA Select is a 100% remote company, with contractors living all over the world. You’ll be working with decision makers in our Matchmaking, Operations and QA team as well as our core team who supports our every day success.

This position will start out as part-time, but for the right person, there is potential for full-time, long-term work. Our company operates in EST, and you will be required to work between the hours of 12 - 4 pm EST or split the work from 12-2 pm and 6-8 pm EST.

The Director of Matchmaking oversees a large team, and needs someone to help ensure the department is running smoothly.

Required Skills:

Tech-savvy and passionate about Upgrade to see actual infotail oriented, reliable and able to work remotely without direct supervision.
Very organized and efficient, and is good at keeping track of multiple projects and deadlines.
Extensive experience with Google Docs and Sheets
Resourceful and a quick learner. We are in a fast-paced environment, and need someone who can keep up.
A problem-solving attitude and an eye for detail.
The ability to adapt to new findings/feedback that impacts the project/work.
Excellent communication skills and be able to speak/read/write in English fluently.
Has a stable internet connection and very reliable computer.
