JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an energetic, well-organized Customer Happiness Specialist to help us answer inquiries from our customers and potential customers across various online channels.

As a short summary, we’re a startup beauty brand that’s looking to turn the beauty industry around in the Philippines. We want to focus on beauty within.

But, we understand for anyone to build the confidence to be standup for who they are and what they believe in, they need to be beautiful outside. By joining the team, you’ll be helping us empower Filipinas with all natural, organic beauty products that help feel proud, bold, and beautiful in their own skin. :)

For this role, you’ll be helping us make sure our customers are well taken care of, and anyone who wants to buy our products and join the Xyza community is responded to in an efficient and timely manner. By doing so, you’ll help us reach more people and create more impact for Filipinas across the country.

Specifically, these are the job responsibilities of the role:
- Manage the different customer support channels for the brand (Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, email, Shopee, Lazada, text).
- Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner with target goals.
- Create, edit, or resubmit any orders that need changes by the request of the customer.
- Work with our fulfillment partner to ensure that orders followed up by customers are going to be delivered on time.
- Build a database of frequently asked questions as we get more inquiries.
- Call up customers who did not complete their order but submitted their phone and email into the checkout.
- Report to the CMO with daily updates of the work involved.

At the minimum, we’ll need someone who’s comfortable speaking in both Filipino and English (English doesn’t have to be perfect) because you’ll be speaking with our customers. Other than that, we’re not looking for any other experience for you to apply to this role.

You’ll also have the chance to earn more than your base rate as we will have commissions for any sale that you can close through our support channels, and by calling up customers who did not complete their order but submitted their phone and email into the checkout.
