We're looking for long-term, ongoing cooperation. The first days/weeks are dedicated to training.

You will:

1. Handle incoming Calls from existing Customers and updating them with order status

2. Performing day-to-day admin tasks

3. Cooperate with other team members and report to the superiors

4. Solve customers' problems after the purchase

5. Call the customers before delivery with a personalized update

6. Communicate with the warehouse to ensure we're delivering all orders on time



SCHEDULE SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

9 AM - 5 PM US Eastern Time, 5 days a week

What you need:

- Excellent spoken English & confidence in speaking on the phone

- At least 2 years home based Job Experience

- Great time management skills

- Strong internet connection - we don't want this to slow you down. 10+ Mbps (Upgrade to see actual info)

- Can-do mindset, sense of ownership, and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

- 100% Availability during the schedule of your choice

- Ability to cope with customers that purchased expensive items
