A website developer with some design experience

The developer must possess strong written and verbal English communication skills. They must work effectively across multiple collaboration tools and convey complex engineering ideas and concepts with ease. They should be proficient in database development, or whatever you call it. They nee to be able to create queries for city, state so that users can find a home education pod in their area and know how to connect a the web server to a database server. They should be able to help refine the design of the search function and ensure that database management systems (DBMS) can handle massive quantities of data. They be able to modify and edit the database as the designs evolve.

I already have a figma file of the design ready to go. All we need now is a web developer. We started this project in Wordpress. but we aren't sure this will be good due to wordpress's security issues. We don't want to use Wordpress, wix, or anything else. I'm open to using whatever skills you are most proficient using to create the website. You can see what we are doing at: Upgrade to see actual info. The design is not what we want but at least you get the gist of what we are doing.
