We're a Marketing Agency that helps small to medium sized companies get more customer and sales, by growing their online reputation, creating innovative ads, websites, and optimizing their search keywords.

We offer Clear, Actionable Marketing plans that creates simplistic sales systems to generate rapid results.

YOUR PAY

I am looking for a VA to help me run and grow my business. This will be a part-time role at first (6 hours a day/30 hours a week) and will quickly upgrade to Full time on your ability to learn quickly. Our expectation it should take you 3 months to jump to a full time role.

Pay includes flat salary and weekly commissions with a performance review after 3 months and an increase in your salary based on performance. Starting Base salary is $5/hr paid on a bi-weekly basis. Spiff Bonuses are paid on a weekly basis.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE ROLE

We require a VA with intermediate Advertising, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation experience who has worked with a marketing agency or real estate company in the past.

The ideal person to join our team is not afraid voice their thoughts, punctual, team player, use their prior experience to add value to the role, positive and upbeat; Independent seeker of knowledge with a solution based mindset and attitude.

You are comfortable with change and pivoting at a moment’s notice and you always strive to be a better you. Your strengths are in administration and backend-tasks for busy executives and this type of work is enjoyable and fulfilling for you.

You will be a key contributor to the business that allows me to spend less of my time working ‘IN’ the business and more of my time ‘ON’ the business growing it. This means that your time will be spent in backend-tasks such as administration and management of key tasks to keep the business operating, which are not my strength.

Your work will help me spend more time working as the face of the business at the front-end on tasks that are my strength like coaching clients, lead generation, strategy and marketing.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily tasks including, but not limited to:
• Reviewing and filtering Client emails and responding to some
• Inbound and Outbound Calls
• Posting updates on social media
• Moderating new membership requests on social media
• Creating and Updating Ad Campaigns
• Conducting discovery calls, to qualify clients
• Completing tasks in CRM
• Sending a progress report email to the Client
• Managing calendars and appointments (online bookings, emails and reminders)
Emailing customers
• Collating data
• Collating documents

Weekly tasks including, but not limited to:
• Tracking of leads, sales, refunds, cancelations
• Welcoming new members on social media
• Starting conversations with new members on social media
• Tagging members in social media posts (twice weekly)
• Set up of available appointment times for sales appointment bookings
• Converting content videos into transcriptions
• Sending transcriptions to copy writer for creation of content articles
• Managing reviews of content articles by the client and liaising with the Copy writer
• Scheduling of 2 x weekly content emails in CRM
• Collating of Game Plan feedback from members
• Sending email campaigns when needed
• Invoicing customers


Monthly tasks including, but not limited to:
• Invoicing customers
• Setting up new monthly links for regular zoom meetings
• Updating automations in CRM with new zoom links

Ad hoc tasks including, but not limited to:

• On-boarding new clients
• Off-boarding old clients
• Rescheduling Client appointments
• Editing content videos
• Uploading content videos to member sites
• Setting up, Managing and Updating social media posts and ads
• Learning digital course material and applying learned knowledge when needed
• Searching for and uploading videos and images


Project work including, but not limited to:
• Researching event venues, hotels and restaurants
• Booking event venues, hotels and restaurants
• Creating standard operating procedures
• Actioning automations in the CRM
• Reviewing software options and setting up as required
• Reorganizing member sites as required
• Suggesting improvements for processes


Other Key Points
• Strong internet access required while connected to our VPN.
• New model computer with reasonable processing speed
• Ability to work 8AM - 2PM EDT(local time) with 15 minutes break.
• Part-time position with a view to Full-time in 3-6 months along with pay rise
• Ability to use Google-Suite advantageous
• Ability to use Facebook / LinkedIn advantageous
• Ability to use Click Funnels advantageous
• Ability to use Mail Chimp advantageous
• Ability to help with Digital Marketing campaigns, Video and Podcasting advantageous
