JOB OVERVIEW

Skills:
- Knowledge of Instant Customer (TPNI Engage) preferred.
- Strong spoken and written English abilities
- Strong computer skills with knowledge in online marketing, SEO, blog writing and various programs
- Experience with cold-calling sales and marketing
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple tasks in a quick, thorough manner
- Ability to prioritize tasks; strong time management skills
- Ability to keep a detailed record of tasks worked on and amount of time spent on each.
- VERY IMPORTANT: Willingness to communicate with in-office assistant on a weekly basis via Skype, both audio and video, to coordinate tasks and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities:
- VERY IMPORTANT: Make phone calls to various dental, orthodontic and chiropractic offices in the United States to promote booking Dino for speaking events; follow up with calls and emails. Ability to be friendly without coming off as “salesy” is a must.
- Compose 2 blog posts per week for two separate Wordpress websites, create multiple graphics on Canva for the posts, and schedule social media timed releases through CoSchedule. Posts will be crafted around a monthly theme.
- Create a weekly newsletter and include links to the new blog posts, as well as advertise new products or speaking at events on the email.
- Assist in lead generation and all marketing campaigns, including direct mail, email, social media and mobile marketing. This will be done through Instant Customer.
- Create engaging social media posts to increase interaction with followers on all social media channels.
- Other various tasks on an individual basis. Trello and Google Drive will be used to coordinate projects with in-office assistant.
