You will be in charge of overseeing the team´s entire operations from conceptualization to execution to
publishing to tracking & optimization.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create-, Implement- & Optimise a SV CONTENT PRODUCTION STRATEGY (in liaison with
Sigurd Vedal) with the goal of growing SIGURD VEDAL
• Map-, Headhunt-, Onboard- & Lead the BEST content-, broadcast- & social media experts in your
market
• Create and implement OKRs (goals & evaluation cycles) for the team
• Manage the content productivity AND publishing pipelines daily/weekly/monthly/yearly using
ClickUp (project management software)
• Governs the whole process of content and asset creation-including task allocation of writers,
video editors, and designers, control of the task execution, and proofreading
• Reviewing produced content & provide optimisation feedback for creators to achieve
EXCELLENCE
• Brief & Prep SIGURD VEDAL weekly (Every Friday morning) by presenting a PREP BRIEF that
will include all of SV´s productions coming week: Podcast guests w/bio + questions, YouTube
video ideas w/talking points, Tik tok ideas/challenges, Webinars, Courses etc according to set
content strategy & protocol.
• Approving the content publication's layout, design, style and tone
• Reviewing written content for spelling and grammar errors
• Fact-checking information in articles and stories
• Providing suggestions for edits when needed
• Writing editorial pieces to contribute to the publication
• Developing and managing budgets for the editorial team
• Representing the publication's editorial team at social functions
• Making final decisions about which stories, articles and photographs to publish
• Attending meetings with the publisher or publication board to discuss issues and plans for the
publication
• Continuously keep updated on the self development industry and the leading players (Dan Lok,
Gary Vee, Grant Cardone, Russel Brunson, Dean Graziosi, Ed Mylett, Toni Robbins+++
• Track & optimise
• Create & optimise online trainings (courses, webinars, homework, questionnaires etc)


REQUIREMENTS / ABOUT YOU

• You have a Bachelor or Master of Journalism
• Minimum 5 years MANAGEMENT (HR) experience (minimum 20 people)
• Minimum 5 years of fast-paced BROADCAST EXPERIENCE (newsmedia, TV, radio, online)
• You understand what ENGAGES & CAPTIVATES people
• You are great at CRAFTING CAPTIVATING & VALUE PACKED TITLES that will generate high
click rates
• Assertive & productive (“you make shit happen!”)
• Strong & detail oriented EDITORIAL JUDGEMENT (credible & fact correctness)
• SELFDRIVEN & ENTREPRENEURIAL (you require little or no management as you are
inner-motivated)
• You are PASSIONATE & ENERGETIC LEADER with excellent COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• You are PICKY on GRAMMAR, SPELLING, SYNTAX & DESIGN (control)
