In this role, you will utilize your advertising and social media expertise to manage the end-to-end execution from launch to ongoing performance. The ideal candidate must be able to adapt to softwares very fast (and often learn on their own), requires little hand holding, pro-active, and responsible.
You must be on video during work hours, so you must have a fast and reliable internet connection and a good computer.
Responsibilities:
- Experienced in advertising in social media platforms such as
- Effectively create strategy, define goals, optimize, build and manage paid digital campaigns across search, display, video and other ad networks
- Coordinate the creation of digital content
- Day-to-day development and implementation of marketing campaigns in support of the entire life-cycle to increase engagement, website traffic, and guest lifetime value
- Use data and campaign metrics to make recommendations for continuous improvement of ongoing campaigns
Requirements:
- 2+ sequential years performing intermediate to advanced marketing functions
- Experience in all aspects of digital marketing (creative and media), including mobile marketing, PPC, CRM, online communities, search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads,
- Ability to learn and work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
- Strong in-person, verbal, and digital presentation skills
- Analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills with impeccable attention to detail
