JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking the services of a customer services executive for handle various customer services tasks on a full time basis for a Cloud Based HR Software Company. Our working hours are 9.00am - 5pm (GMT+1 Time Zone). This engagement requires amongst others to

1) Receive phone calls and handle enquiries on our products and services
2) Handle emails that come to the general information email handle.
3) Make prospecting calls to customers who respond to email campaigns or social media adverts and qualify the prospects.
4) Manage our Facebook and Linked In group with daily posts.
5) Research HR subject matter content and look for articles and posts that can be shared on our Facebook and Linked In pages.
6) Grow our online communities on Facebook and LinkedIn by engaging visitors and responding to posts.
7) Pre-sales information sharing with prospects on our Social Media channels and qualifying prospects.
8) Handling enquiries to visitors to our website and entering the information on our CRM

Candidate must have the following skills
1) Excellent spoken english with a non accented diction.
2) Excellent written english.
3) Facebook and LinkedIn marketing
4) Creative writing

Please NOTE that candidate should have academic and hands-on knowledge of Human Resources Management and should be an expert in the use of any HR Software tool. Candidate would be required to be able to handle pre-sales and sales presentations of our Cloud HR Software if required.
