U.S. based real estate company looking for a full-time remote Virtual Assistant/Transaction Coordinator.
Looking for a LONG TERM relationship.
TASKS INCLUDE:
-Coordination of transactions through
-Document Review & Organization
-Data Entry
-Phone Calls to help set up meetings, processes, etc.
MUST HAVE:
-Ability to be Detail Oriented & Organized
-Expertise in Google Suite (docs, spreadsheets, etc)
-Some experience in Real Estate
-Good English Writing, Reading & Speaking Skills
PREFERRED:
-Experience with Podio, Appfolio, Trello, LastPass, BuilderTrend
