US based an e-commerce company urgently seeks a team of 2 people who can help manage orders for the website. This is a long term full-time Upgrade to see actual info is an inbound campaign in which you will have to respond to customers inquiry regarding pre/post sales via emailUpgrade to see actual infoeraction with vendor and customer regarding order fulfillment.

Apart from strong verbal and written communication skills, candidate is also required to have below

Understand drop ship model of business is mandatory.
- Past experience working in order fulfillment and customer service in an e-commerce industry is required.
- Sense of urgency in fulfilling the order in time and able to meet deadlines
- Expert with Gmail and few advance features
- Attention to detail is must
- Fast computer along with at least 3Mbps internet up/down (MUST)
- Available during 8am to 5pm CST USA time (1 hour break)
