social media marketer

I am looking for someone who can manage my digital marketing on Facebook, and Linkedin. Specifically, able to run my custom audience in business manager in FB. Additionally, I need to have 4 to 5 posts per week and i will be able to offer quite a bit of material, ie; youtube videos, homes for sale, just sold, and special offers.and photography, including access to my Canva account. Knowledge of creating a custom audience ad campaign. Some background in real estate would be helpful.
