Job description:
Employee Service Representative are pivotal members of our staff. They are the first point of contact for our clients and they provide essential support to our customer relations teams. They provide customer service support by providing efficient and organized call queuing management and responding to incoming calls and ticket/email inquiries pertaining to -
Tier 1: Simple Client Employee requests such as:
• Request time off
• Request a change to timesheet
• Reset password
• Login concerns
• Downloading the App
• Clocking in or out
• Unlocking of Employee account
Emailing of videos from the “How To” library
Tier 2: Simple Client Manager concerns including:
• Approval of time off requests of subordinates
• Editing of Timesheets
• Viewing Employee information
Primary Responsibilities:
• Answering, screening, note taking and forwarding incoming phone calls to the pertinent departments or personnel
• Answering and helping clients with simple inquiries and requests
• Responding to simple tickets/emails
• Taking messages, booking appointments for executive personnel
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
Skills and Basic Requirements:
• University/college level
• Excellent verbal and written ENGLISH communication skills.
• Prior call answering experience
• Fully computer literate with proficiency in current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, online calendars and scheduling apps (e.g. Google Calendar), MSOffice, and VoIP
• Type at 45 WPM or higher
• Stable, high-speed internet connection
• Quiet environment for answering calls
• Must be able to multitask and remain composed under busy and stressful conditions.
• Upbeat, caring, cheerful, empathetic, customer-focused attitude
• Great work ethic
• Willing to learn new things
• Availability to work US Central time hours
Compensation:
Our starting, entry-level rate is at Php 22K – 24K (based on your previous experience) per month and is paid semi-monthly. Periodic raises are given based on performance and length of time with the company. We also have a bonus program and a referral program. We invest in our team and train our employees for support roles and management as their experience grows.
