I am looking for a highly skilled Real Estate Analyst to join our team...

The Candidate must have substantial real estate experience and familiarity with property and land valuation. The Candidate will be completing a custom excel document to determine the value of raw land by researching data from multiple sites. You will then use mail merge to send out offers to those people.
Property will also need to be marketed on various websites and experience in this is desired. Familiarity with U.S county websites and looking up property details using parcel numbers would be beneficial as would any experience with tax liens or deeds. There will be a lot of list scrubbing and data gathering.
Familiarity with wordpress is a must as you will be adding property details to the company website as well as uploading them to various sites.
The Candidate is applying for a demanding and high-trust position, and must have very strong analytic skills and possess strong attention to detail.
Use of a personal computer with reliable internet and access to Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) is required. Candidates with multiple monitor displays will find the work much more efficient.

This is a permanent full-time position with our company for the right person.
Salary depending on experience. Office hours: 9am-6pm with 1 hour break in between. (Phil. time)
