Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge and experience in programming applications like HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, and WordPress
- Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.
- Organized, hardworking, professional, and dedicated team player
- High degree of independent judgment.
- With the ability to produce high-quality work and to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Highly articulate and internet-savvy. Being familiar with the ever-changing trends and strategies in Digital Marketing is not required but would be an advantage


Job Description:
You will be tasked with managing a team of 1 - 3 WordPress freelancers with the goal of completing small business website projects in less than a week. We are currently working on our process and you will be involved in helping us create and finalize our process. Along with managing freelancers, you will also be working directly on the sites, managing our server resources, and determining our SEO strategy for sites we're launching. All completed sites will have a priority of optimized speed and UX. You will need to continue to increase your theme development skills to help with troubleshooting bugs in themes used and in the future to create custom themes in-house.
