We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our growing team!

Responsibilities include:
- Manage and keep track of all the projects of our engineering team
- Make sure that all deadlines are met
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities of each member for specific projects or initiatives
- Communicate with engineers, designers, team leaders, and stakeholders about the requirements of each project
- Driving product roadmap development, backlog refinement & work prioritization
- Manage day-to-day operations within the programming teams in an agile environment.
- Monitor and report on service quality, operations, team health, and development status

Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of hands-on experience managing a software development team
- Hands-on experience with software development methodologies like AGILE
- Highly organized; strong capability to operate and translate chaos into a solid development plan
- Experience working in a B2B / SaaS environment, background in contact center systems
