JOB OVERVIEW

This individual must work well on a team and in a fast paced environment. Must be professional and personable, and able to take direction well. We need someone who is tech savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, social media websites (FB/Twitter/Google+), WordPress, YouTube and e-blast sites such as Mail Chimp. We are also looking for someone who is interested in working here long term, or at least commit to this position for a year. College degree is required.

A knowledge or understanding of Real Estate is preferred. Ability to build websites or write copy is a bonus.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am- noon (or 1:00 pm). Has the potential to develop into full time.

Job Duties Include:
Answering phone
Setting up showings for the team's listings & logging in file
Posting open houses to MLS & getting open house days/times from team members at weekly meeting
Sending out e-blast (mail chimp)
Printing flyers and take to listings
Ordering gift baskets
Setting up open house caravans-ordering food, printing flyers, etc
Facebook/Social Media Posts
Posting videos on Youtube
Driving traffic to websites/Youtube/Facebook
Building websites/stealth sites
