Basically, we need a minimum of 20 emails personalized and sent out per day. We will also need you to monitor the linkedin messages. We use Upgrade to see actual info and growbots for getting emails and finding target companies and we have a tracker you fill out. You'd also send follow up emails to the 20 targets for around 3 weeks.
We already have a process, so we just need someone who can consistently drive out those emails with high-quality English and great research into the personal details of the prospect. Update the tracker every day, notify the head of business development if one of our prospects replies positively, so the salesperson can take over.
There are quarterly bonuses for staff who hit 500 emails a month and that drive leads and calls. You'll receive a $100 Bonus for every sale we make that comes through your emails which will be paid once the client pays our first month's retainer.
