Your focus will be to ensure that the campaigns create awareness and have maximum impact on our target audiences whilst keeping abreast of current technologies within social media, e-shots and via the phone.
Take ownership of the execution and management of social media & marketing activities.
Track, develop, measure and report on social media activities and keep abreast of emerging technologies and developments within the digital marketing field.
Responsibilities:
Cleanse Data base
Follow up data base contact via phone and email
Update website content
Creating new profiles and pages on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
Responsible for the generation and development of Nortech’s Social Media accounts.
Marketing Nortech via online and direct marketing
Uploading videos, photo albums etc.
Finding users to follow/friend/like our clients’ businesses.
SEO
Researching and writing content.
Production of daily, weekly and monthly activity plans as outlined by the Account manager.
Posting blog posts/tweets/updates daily etc......
Tracking and reporting of social media campaigns.
Replying to comments, messages and posts.
Report findings to the internal team
General customer services duties
