Expert Web Developer for Shopify, Wordpress, and Standalone Sites

Sprayable Inc. is looking for an expert senior web developer that can work with us on an ongoing basis to make edits and revisions to a standalone site (currently built on a simple PHP framework - http://goodsleepsystems.com), a Shopify website, and Wordpress sites.

This is a long-term job, where we will regularly need your services. You will be working alongside a junior web developer who will handle all straightforward and simple tasks to start, and you will be responsible for any advanced functionality we need to implement that the junior web developer isn't capable of handling.

Necessary requirements are:
Expert experience with Javascript/jQuery/HTML/CSS
Expert experience with PHP and/or another major language/framework of your choice (Ruby on Rails, Python/Django, etc.)
Expert experience with database management (MySQL, etc.)
Coding fully responsive pages that are fully compatible across all major browsers and mobile devices
Excellent English skills, capable of understanding anything we say and executing without any problems
Comfortable working with multiple developers on a Git repo, well commented commits to the repo
Writing very clean, very well commented, and very well factored code --> this is critical
Must be able to work independently and be able to take initiative to complete tasks without requiring minute oversight on minor details
Must be able to follow detailed instructions
Must be excellent at communication, and ask questions when necessary for clarification, and update with detailed progress regularly

Experience with Shopify and its Liquid templating system
Experience with Wordpress sites
Experience with Stripe integration
Experience with AWeber integration
Experience with Klaviyo integration
Experience with Bootstrap and other front-end frameworks
Remarkably quick ability to learn to work with new APIs and software

Please be clear that we are looking for a senior web developer that will be capable of programming any functionality we require for our websites, both backend and frontend, and capable of quickly learning anything you are not already familiar with. We are more than willing to pay a premium wage for premium quality, depending on your quality.

Various jobs may include
- Coding responsive landing pages and other pages from PSDs
- Integrating a full website, complete with checkout, email signup forms, retargeting, abandoned checkout recapture, etc.
- Coding a custom referral bonus system, tracking user referrals, see progress, unlock rewards, etc.
- Coding a customer account management system, see order history, change orders, cancel orders, request refunds, change addresses, change account information, etc.
- Working with our product manager on implementing and running A/B tests
- Fixing any bugs/issues that may emerge on our Shopify site, our Wordpress blogs/websites, and our standalone websites, such as a faulty order form, a faulty checkout, a faulty email signup form,
- Creating vigorous code tests and both backend and frontend validation for all forms
- Setting up SSL, Heroku, Amazon EC2, etc.

Again, it is pivotal that you write exceptionally clean, well factored, well commented code, and practice excellent version control with a git repo.
