Blog Manager and Virtual Asistant

I'm looking for some one who:

1. Knows WordPress
2. Knows Adwords
3. Have basic HTML/CSS skills
4. Available 10-15 hours a week
5. Fluent in English (I will be required to make phone calls)
6. Knows Photoshop

Right now, What I need is-

1. someone to post for me in my new blog. I'll send the content and you'll adjust it to look good on WordPress.
2. we'll work together to bring more traffic to the blog etc...
3. Some basic Virtual Assistant tasks like checking my emails or making small researches on a subject.

I'm looking for someone to grow my business with! (-:
