Customer Service Super-Hero

Company Name: Flair Gymnastics www.ukflair.com

Working for a FUN and EXCITING ‘BRITISH’ kids sports company as a service Super-Hero.
We run kids classes for gymnastics, trampolining and cheerleading in the UK.
The company is well established - since 1998 and is growing from strength to strength.

Full time, 40 hours per week.
Working UK (GMT) 8.00am - 5.00pm: Monday to Friday.

Your role contains a lot of customer contact by phone and by Email.
Chatting to Mums and Dads (our customers) about their childrens classes.

We will provide you with a phone app to access our phone system and all of the tools that you need to be the best at your job.

Important
You must be a super switched on individual with outstanding spoken and written English.

Task List
Outbound customer service and sales follow up calls (never cold calling)
Inbound sales calls, customer service and sales follow up calls
Replying to customer Emails using our FAQ
Updating and building our FAQ based on customers needs
Handling customer complaints by Email and phone
Calling the debt collection list of outstanding debts each month

For each task that is taught to you, we would like you to create a process flow chart so that the task can be taught to another person with ease. This is because we are building a document library of each task that is performed in the company.

Initially you will be working closely with a vibrant creative company director. Thats Me, Richard Dwyer. I’m passionate about giving the customers the very best possible experience and I really care about attention to detail and putting our customer first in everything that we do.

Work list: This will grow, adapt and change but your main role will be calling customers to talk about their experience and to join their children to our club. Handling customer questions by email and by phone.

Think of this role as our customer service HUB for mums and dads to call in to discuss their children's membership. AND, for NEW parents to find out information and to join our club.

We have teams of coaches that run our bustling clubs for kids (teaching them GYMNASTICS) during the evenings and on weekends here in the UK. BUT, when mum or dad want to reach us outside of their club time (usually during the day-time in the UK), its important that we are available for them.
