JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing e-commerce business based in Australia looking to expand our team in the upcoming weeks. We are in need of an experienced Customer Service Specialist who is responsible for providing customer support and care to the company’s defined clients to ensure the company meets its objectives in areas of employee, client, and shareholder satisfaction. As we are a fully remote team working across different time zones, we value flexibility and a collaborative attitude as critical attributes for this position.

The ideal candidate will be efficient & comfortable working with minimal supervision required to deliver quality output. We are focused on placing the right people in integral roles as we continue to scale up our business units and you will have a significant role in helping us achieve that goal.

This role will be full-time (40 hrs/week), we're keen on only hiring someone who is considering a long-term working relationship and is looking for a huge opportunity for career advancement.

Job Requirements:

*Minimum of 3-5 years experience as Customer Service Specialist specifically non-voice
* Proficiency in Google Docs
* Exposure to e-commerce businesses/clients
* Basic Social Media navigation
* Social media community management (ex: Admin in FB page/group, managing comments in SocMed)
* Preferably prior experience as a Subject Matter Expert
* Preferably prior experience in working w/ startups
* Preferably prior experience working in a remote setting
