Seeking a virtual assistant who has experience in the real estate industry (not a must). VA should be a self-starter, have the ability to time manage and work independently to complete tasks.
We also need someone who understands that their work affects the entire team and therefore, timelines are very important. Additionally, should have a pleasant and easy-going personality and exceptional telephone and people skills.
SHOULD HAVE;

• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic understanding of contracts and agreements
• Excellent time management
• Willingness to admit and correct mistakes without hand holding
• Respect for others' intellectual property (no plagiarism or software piracy)
• Excellent organizational skills using technology like Google Drive
• Good spelling, grammar and punctuation skills
• Ability to attend (1-hour) daily meetings anywhere between 7:30-10:30 AM EST

Experience in cold calling clients in the US, using scripts.
You will be Cold Calling sellers and asking them if they are open to selling their property.

We will be paying you on a weekly basis as well as giving you $50 for every closed deal that you bring in (could potentially be an extra $100 -$200 a month for you!)
