Job Description
• Incident registration, client account management
• Customer support concerning server maintenance
• cPanel, DirectAdmin setup and administration
• Windows OS and Linux OS configuration and problem resolution
• Internet network and interface (DNS, IP Routing) configuration and customer instruction
Requirements
• WWW, Mail, MySQL, LDAP, DNS, Proxy configuration skills
• Virtualization technology (OpenVZ, KVM, Xen) knowledge
• Perl, Bash, PHP script writing experience (advantage)
• IP network technology knowledge
• Customer support experience (advantage)
• Excellent English (essential)
• Other languages would be an advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Good manners and sociability
