PART-TIME VIDEO EDITOR

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Video Editor to work with our creative team to review raw footage and find the best clips and merge those clips into one cohesive video output that is in line with the direction of the video’s goals and style requirements. As a Video Editor, you must be creative in adding sound effects, graphics, and special effects and improving the quality of a video for the final product. This is a part-time position.

What you’ll do:
- Create dynamic video content for YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
- Plan and collaborate the video footage to determine the shot list with the creative team
- Manipulate video footage using modern editing techniques
- Insert dialogues, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects
- Improve and correct lighting, coloring, and faulty footage

What you need:
- Great video editing skills with professional transitions and tight edits
- Experience in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro
- Familiar with the best practices for video creation on different platforms
- Ability to provide professional insight and advice to produce the best results
- Time management skills and the ability to cope with deadlines
- Open to feedback and willing to make changes

Requirements:
- Available part-time with a flexible schedule
- Must be able to produce 3-4 videos per week
- Available for the graphic design of photos, promotional material, and audio editing
- Must provide own equipment for post-production
