We're looking to build our team to support the launch of our new company. We are an "incubator" developing, testing, nurturing, and launching new online companies. Our companies cover an array of services. The first company we launched is Upgrade to see actual info. This a site based on the exchange of ideas among parents as they struggle to balance their roles as parents, full-time teachers, and caregivers as they navigate the ramifications of Covid-19.
We are currently seeking an assistant to support our Operations and Finance teams. The role will include email management, organization of the company G Suite platform (folders, documents, and files), maintenance of Saas platforms such as ClickUp, a project management platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written skills; excellent organizational skills to support digital filing and project management systems; and intermediate experience using G Suite. An understanding of how to build documents and slides using png and jpg graphic files is a plus!
This position will start as part-time and will grow into full-time as more companies are activated into our incubation process.
