Short Clip Video Editor for Social Media

I run a media company and produce a lot of audio and video content. I need a team member who can take the video and edit for social media distribution, turning a 30 min clip into 5 or 10 or more shorter clips. Gary Vaynerchuk is a good example of someone who does this very well. My team currently consists of many US-based workers as well as 2 full-time Filipino and 1 part-time Filipino worker.
