What we’re looking for: Graphic and Web Designer

We are seeking a Senior Graphic and Web Designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you should be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. This is a part-time job with the option to move to full-time. We offer a base with a salary increase once moved to full-time. We are looking for an accomplished graphic and web designer with a reviewable portfolio. The desired candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and have an exceptional understanding of typography, color theory, and layout on all mediums. We are looking for someone with problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS. You must have knowledge of web-standards and cross-browser compatibility issues, be proficient with Adobe Products, Wordpress, WIX, Shopify, E-commerce Development, SEO, and webflow experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop designs from concept to production-ready assets.
Work with project managers to meet deadlines in a highly collaborative environment.
Manage multiple projects Upgrade to see actual infomunicating with clients about layout and design.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Requirements and Expectations:

Experience with a minimum of 3 yrs in graphic and designing.
Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Wordpress, WIX, Shopify, Elementor, and other Wordpress builders
Passionate about graphic design, typography, photography, motion, and illustration.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Manage in-house production designers.
Strong command of visual and communication design principles.
Understanding of digital, print, and apparel graphics.
Flexible to work between different shifts.
