About Me
I am owner of a personalised printing company, with our most popular product being pet portraits. We currently have a team of 5 artists and this number is growing. The business has been operating for 1 year and is entering its expansion phase. I currently run a store on Etsy and have a website being developed.

Skills Required
Excellent English writing to provide exceptional customer service for any customer enquiries and orders (templates will be provided for the majority of responses as a guide).
Basic understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint and very basic graphic design skills to finalise customers orders (full training will be provided if required).

What You Can Expect Day to Day
The main priority is to respond to customer messages and ensure that their orders are complete. To accomplish this you will liaise with a team of artists, uploading files and sharing them with the customers. Once this is complete other tasks will be provided such as data input in excel.
As long as customers have been responded to and all tasks on Etsy are complete (usually 3 hours a day) the remaining tasks are completely flexible and can be completed any time of the day.
