We are a technology company that works specifically with real estate investors who buy & sell land and houses. Our clients need help managing all of the technology that goes along with this process!
We have two major areas that our clients need help with:
1st area is a CRM (
2nd is WordPress website templates (
We are looking for a virtual assistant to help our clients use these products. In CRM, our clients will ask for help configuring their property pages, building out a document template or request time for training to learn the system. In terms of the website, our clients ask for an assistant to update the website with new properties, create a new landing page, or form. They will often want help updating the website with new images or text.
Requirements:
*Are you good with people? This person needs to be able to listen to our clients, gather requirements and help them understand more about the tools through training and guidance :)
*Have you worked with technology before? This person needs to have experience working in a CRM or updating a website in the past.
*Do you speak fluent english? English will be SUPER important so our clients can easily communicate with you.
*Do you like helping people? This position is really about helping our clients get maximum use out of our products. Often times, we have to hold their hand and help them through problems or questions.
*Can you manage a task list? Sometimes our clients will send in "to-dos" via
