We source products to Shopified from variety of different suppliers. We're growing and we need help with the customer service portion of this puzzle.

Must have:
Expertise with Shopify
Experience in product sourcing
Experience with basic website editing on Shopify
Solid performance with a previous e-commerce company

Highly Desirable
Experience using the Dropified app
Experience with AppGrab
Experience contacting wholesalers / suppliers
Social Media skills - advertising / engagement
creative writing
Amazon/eBay experience


Job Requirements:

Honestly and Integrity. This is Job #1. We need to trust each other. I need to count on you to complete the tasks; especially when I am not looking.
You must solve the riddle. Every customer service issue is a riddle. You have to be a proactive manager who can make on the spot decisions that both resolve the customer's issue while keeping the company safe and profitable. The customer is NOT always right, but we need to as quickly resolve the issue and be able to demonstrate that we put forth an effort
Expertise working with dropshippers. We are a drop ship company. You need to understand how this business model works and have experience working with drop ship companies. We will NOT consider on the job training for this position. (NO OJT)
You need to bring your own computer and internet and must be ready to go on day one if hired.

Starting Salary is $75 dollars a week (paid weekly). Working hours are 40 hours per week. All partners are hired on a trial basis, but we do seek long term partnerships for the right persons. Salary reviews will occur on a regular basis - as our company grows, so will your income. There is also a profit sharing program available once you pass your trial period. There also may be leadership and advancement opportunities offered in the future.

We do NOT/NOT allow other outside employment if you are hired by our firm. We must be your only full time potion if you are hired with our company.

You must use Timeproof or other time auditing software.
