Looking: Cold Caller Specialist for US Real Estate Company

Responsibility:

Required to make calls to homeowners in the US to see if they are interested in selling their property and get information to determine their level of motivation.
Experience in Real Estate cold calling and sms campaign
Must be available at least 20 hours/week
Must be available to work within US business hours
Must be initiative and work independently
Must be a team player and flexible

Experience with the following is preferred:

*MOJO Dialer
*Podio
*Propstream
*REI Reply
*Freedomsoft
*Handle objection
*Honest
*Ability to follow call flow
*Ability to conistently communicate
*English must be FLUENT (writing and speaking)
